Over the years, renowned chef Sherry Yard has earned venerable praise from critics and peers alike, receiving numerous prestigious accolades and awards. The three-time James Beard Award winner is well-regarded for her culinary prowess as well as her whopping 20 year stint alongside celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck, time during which she ran the gamut of culinary responsibilities from creating menus to opening new restaurants. Yard serves on the board of numerous philanthropic organizations and is a driving force of the Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP). She is involved in fundraising efforts for the Women's Cancer Research Center, Special Olympics, American Cancer Society and the Citymeals-on-Wheels. At iPic Entertainment Group, Yard oversees all restaurant and concession concepts for the brand’s luxury movie theaters nationwide.

Laudably dubbed “The Charlie Trotter of Cocktails” by Newcity Magazine and “Spirits Guru” by Food & Wine, Adam Seger takes a true chef’s approach to his creative libations, mindfully combining fresh ingredients and handcrafted elixirs in novel ways. Seger’s mixing style has put him on an international stage, being the first American to present cocktails to The Russian Cocktail Club in Moscow as well as giving the first Mixology Master Class to The International Association of Culinary Professionals. Seger is a Certified Culinary Professional, a Wine & Spirits Judge for The Beverage Testing Institute and a Court of Master Sommeliers Advanced Sommelier.
